My wife and I knew within minutes of first meeting Ian that he would be doing our large area of porcelain floor tiles. Well mannered, conscientious and very knowledgeable he took the time to measure and go over quote and answered all our questions. Ian arrived on the days and times he had pre booked, kept us updated daily and left our house clean everyday. Ian kept to quote and has left us with a prestige floor to look after.
